Event Design and Coordination – All Inclusive
This service is for couples who want assistance in every step of planning the wedding event, from choosing the venue, to event design to budget management. You can be sure that Your Wedding Planners will be handled by an experienced wedding planning professional.
We will work with you to develop a unique concept for your wedding. We start from your invitations right up to the venue for your wedding reception. We will recommend all the special products and services needed, so you can choose from our list of recommended vendors.
Your Wedding Planners will take care of all the bookings. With the all-inclusive package, you only deal with one person for every aspect of the wedding.
This package includes:
- Unlimited face-to-face meetings with the assigned wedding coordinator
- Unlimited communication though phone calls, Skype and emails with the wedding coordinator
- Locating the venue for the wedding ceremony and the reception
- Site inspection of the confirmed venue locations by Your Wedding Planners
- Sourcing of all wedding suppliers needed – dress, stationery, transportation, caterer, cake, A/V, entertainment, videographer, photographer, etc.
- Creating a schedule of consultation meetings requested by suppliers
- Attendance of Your Wedding Planners coordinator during the menu tasting (if required)
- Management of contracts, payments and other requirements for all the suppliers
- Developing and creating a decorative and style concept for the wedding day, which includes wedding stationery, flower arrangements, candles, seating arrangement, table linen, draping, lounges, lighting, wedding cake and more.
- Creating a table mock-up to confirm table styling
- Submission and updates of itemized costing for all services handled by Your Wedding Planners
- Creation of a schedule for the wedding day
- Creation of a production schedule and distribution of the final schedule to all vendors
- Attendance and supervision during the rehearsal for the ceremony (if required)
- Coordination of all suppliers during the wedding day setup
- Attendance of your wedding coordinator during the final dress fitting (if needed)
- RSVP management of wedding invitations
- Attendance and supervision on the day of the wedding from the wedding ceremony until the end of the reception as agreed. Additional hours will be charged separately
Wedding day styling and decorative package
For couples who have already made some plans for their wedding such as the venues for the ceremony and the reception but need assistance with style and decoration, this package is for you.
Package inclusions:
- Two to four meetings to come up with a concept for the styling and decorative elements of the wedding ceremony and the reception
- Unlimited communication with our professional wedding stylist
- Sourcing of all decorative vendors for products and services needed
- Management of the requirements, contracts and payments of all decorative vendors
- Table mock-up to confirm styling of tables
- Regular updates and itemized costing for all required decorative features
- Coordination with decorative suppliers during setup and pack down on your wedding day
Wedding Day Coordination
This coordination package is for people who have done all the preparation, selected all the vendors and just need help in the logistics and execution to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
Your Wedding Planners understands that some couples want to plan and organize their own weddings but need assistance to put everything together so they can relax and enjoy their momentous day without worrying about the rest of their wedding preparation.
We will provide you with one of our professional and experienced wedding coordinators who will liaise with every one of your vendors in the lead up to and on the day of the wedding. The wedding coordinator will ensure that everything will be seamless.
The package includes:
- Two meetings to firm up a schedule for your wedding day
- Unlimited communication with your wedding coordinator
- Development of a production schedule and dissemination to all vendors
- Attendance and supervision during the rehearsal for the ceremony (if required)
- 8-hour attendance and supervision on the wedding day (additional hours will be charged extra)
Our involvement in your wedding day preparation varies depending on the extent of assistance and guidance you need. You can choose if you want Your Wedding Planners to be your wedding day stylist and decorator, floral designer, wedding day coordinator or give you full assistance all the way.
